Procedure for Anointing of the Sick:
In non-emergency settings, the Sacrament of Anointing can be arranged by calling the parish offices at 651-633-8333 and scheduling a time when the priest can celebrate this Sacrament with the family present or you may fill out this form.
In emergencies at hospitals or nursing homes, ask that the Catholic emergency on-call priest be summoned. Please note, that most nursing homes and all hospitals have Catholic priests who are on-call for this purpose.
In emergencies at home or if no on-call priest can be reached, call the parishes offices at 651-633-8333. If this call is after hours, follow the instructions on the message to leave a message which will activate our emergency phone. Please speak clearly and repeat your phone number.
