SPAC UPDATE
The School Principal's Advisory Committee held their first meeting of the school year.  Sister Gwendolin reported a good beginning to the school year, with students working hard and happy.  This year's theme is 'Lighting the Way to a New Century', and is being celebrated in prayer services and school masses.  Work continues on our self-study accreditation.  Volunteers have started working on projects such as school pictures, vision screening, Santa's Secret Shop, as well as helping in the classrooms.
SPAC members discussed goals for this school year, and signed up to work on Finance, Marketing, Public Relations and Policy committees.  The Finance Committee will propose 2000-2001 tuition levels at the next SPAC meeting.
Special thanks to the Packers, the Marathon committee, students, and all who contributed to this year's successful Marathon.  The Marathon went smoothly, and the students and families had a great time.  The School Principle's Advisory Committee is an advisory board. Its primary responsibility is to advise the principal on policy matters.  Parents with questions or concerns about the day-to-day operations of the school are asked to call Sister Gwendolin @ (651) 633-1522.
Thank you again to our families, students, faculty, staff and parish for supporting the school through your involvement.
