MILGEWEYON
Would you like to be part of a unique ministry?  The Office of Indian Ministry provides MILGEWEYON, "I Am Going Home," a program that transports deceased Native Americans home for burial. Important to this ministry are the volunteer drivers.  Requirements are a valid Minnesota drivers' license and a good driving record. Insurance is carried through the Archdiocese.  Our "hearse" is a standard Dodge caravan with automatic transmission.
The support of the community and our volunteer drivers allows us to transport people free on a first call basis to destinations within 400 miles of Minneapolis.  If you would like more information please call Deacon Joe McPherson, Office of Indian Ministry, (612) 824-7606.

ALUMNI SEARCH --
We are in the process of working on our accreditation and need alumni names and their accomplishments.  If you know anyone and what they're doing, please let us know and return the information to Sister Gwendolin in the school office.  If you have any questions call 651-633-1522.  Thank you!

CCW CHRISTMAS PARTY
All women of the parish are invited to the Annual CCW Christmas Party on Monday, December 20 at 6:00pm in the school cafeteria.   Tickets are $5.00 and can be paid for at the door.  We're also asking for a donation for Our Lady of Good Council Cancer Home.  Everyone is welcome.

Every parish depends on the generosity of parishioners to keep it open and active.  At St. John the Baptist the same is true.  We especially count on your generosity and sacrificial giving at Christmas.  Please remember the parish again this year.  Enough said!
