Seniors News& SILVER TONES BAKE SALE AFTER ALL MASSES, DECEMBER 11 & 12 Time to rally 'round and get the ovens hummin' to produce those wonderful Old Fashioned goodies everyone loves. Lets show Fr. Michael how it's done! We'll need plenty of fruit cakes, cookies, breads, bars, candy and fudge. Don't forget our many diabetic members also, with angel food cake, etc. We will depend on Deacon Joe to bless and remove all calories??!!? Please package in small quantities and price at least nearly what they are worth. Bring to the narthex (east entrance, near the nursery) before Masses December 11 & 12. ARCHBISHOP'S RETREAT FOR VOCATIONS DECEMBER 17-19, 1999 VILLA MARIA RETREAT CENTER The fourth annual Archbishop's Retreat for Vocations conducted by Archbishop Harry Flynn will be held in Frontenac, MN during the weekend of December 17-19, 1999. All young men, 17-40 are invited to attend. Retreatants will have the opportunity to listen to several conferences given by the Archbishop, spend time in personal and communal prayer and discussion. Each retreatant will have an opportunity to speak one to one with the vocation director who will help in outlining a plan for discernment suited to each individual's needs.
