SEEKERS: Adult Theological Book Club
We're readers, thinkers, discussers and SEEKERS. We're seeking God in our minds and in our hearts. You're welcome to join us at any of our meetings: Second Thursday of every month, 7--8:30pm, Parish Center. The book to read for February 10 is: Jesus: A Revolutionary Biography by John Dominic Crossan, Published by HarperSanFrancisco.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

Circle of Women&
Circle of Women invites ALL women of ALL AGES to come join our circle on Thursday, January 27 (9:15--11:30am) in the lower level of the parish center. Our featured speaker will be our associate pastor Fr. Michael Becker. Fr. Michael will talk about the different vocations that God has called us to in our lives. Come fall in love with the vocation that God has called you to. Come join us and bring a friend!

Last weekend we were honored to have, phenomenal contemporary gospel singer Gwen Matthews at the 9:30 & 11:00am Masses. What a musical treat! And that was only a "foretaste of things to come." Mark your calendars for our concert with her on Friday, February 4 @ 7:30pm. Gwen will delight us with selections from her new CD, "Celebrate Faith," backed by St. John's own talented electric group and choir. Our musicians will open the show. Don't miss this joy-filled, fun event!
