School News&
Thanks to all of you who ordered magazines and renewed your magazine subscriptions helping our magazine drive to be a great success!  Thank you to those who helped process the orders and count money.  Special thanks to Michelle Quade for chairing the drive.  Your time and work were a great contribution to its success.

There are NO CLASSES  March 20--24 because of Spring Break.

CLOSING CEREMONY

Next Sunday, March 5,                immediately following the      11:00 a.m. Mass there will be a brief ceremony to mark the official closing of the old Convent (Parish Center) building.  This will take place outside at the front door of the Parish Center.  Please help us mark this transition as we prepare to return this structure to the ground and break ground for our new St. John Center.

Looking for a good refrigerator or freezer for your home, basement, or cabin?
     
The parish center has 2 refrigerators ;
2 freezers (1 chest and 1 upright);
an electric range and an
under-the-counter dishwasher. 
All in good working condition!

If you are interested in any of these items please call Bob Mike at 651-633-8333.  Hurry!  First come-first served basis only.
You are responsible for making your own arrangements to remove appliances.

GIRL SCOUT SUNDAY

Next Sunday, March 5, is being celebrated as Girl Scout Sunday.  At St. John the Baptist Church, we will recognize this special day at the 9:30 a.m. Mass where Girl Scouts, their leaders and adult Girl Scout members are invited to participate.  Meet in the Narthex at 9:15 a.m.  Girl Scout greeters should arrive by 9:05 a.m.
