SEEKERS: Adult Theological Book Club
We're SEEKERS. We read, think, and discuss, hoping our head-knowledge will travel to our heart, where we find the Compassionate God. You're welcome to join us at any of our meetings: Second Thursday of every month, 7--8:30 pm, Parish Center. The book to read for March 9 is: Beyond Religion, by David N. Elkins, Ph. D Published by Quest Books, Wheaton, Illinois.

All 7-8th graders are invited to games and movies on the big screen! We will have snacks and beverages with the movie! It's all free! Meet at the gym door entrance. Friends are welcome. No pre-registration required. Just show up!
SR. HIGH RETREAT: "SPEED"
March 31--April 2
Deadline: March 17
All 10--12th graders are invited to get away from it all! Join us as we focus on our pace of life. Relax as we examine our relationships with God, ourselves and our friends! Cost is $55/person. The retreat will be at Mt. Olivet Retreat Center in Farmington and has a pool, sauna, hot tub, and recreational games! Permission slip and money due to Rick by the deadline.
THIRD DAY and JENNIFER KNAPP CONCERT
Saturday, March 25, 7:30pm
All 9-12th graders are invited to join us for a night out! Cost is $16.50 per person. The concert will be at Concordia College. Don't miss it! Turn in permission slip and money to Rick by March 17. Meet at gym door of school at 6:00pm.
Circle of Women&
Circle of Women invites ALL women of ALL ages to come join the circle on Thursday, March 9 (9:15--11:30am) in the lower level of the RECTORY. (Note: New Meeting Location). Our featured speaker will be Gabriel Ross. Gabriel has spoken to several of the St. John's Confirmation classes over the years. She will be sharing with us insights and reflections on our images of God and how this affects our spiritual journey. Come join us and bring a friend!
