As Catholic Christians we need to know and to love our TRADITION, our sacred stories.  They tell us who we are in relationship with Christ Jesus.  We are His disciples, following him, living his gospel.  Can we really live the gospel with a poverty of knowledge?  This week, this Holy Week, open your bible to any gospel story of his death and resurrection.  Enter into the story -- trust him, love him.  And when you come to the most sacred liturgies on Thursday, Friday, Saturday night or Sunday, they will be more meaningful!

From the Pastor&

One of the popular television shows this season is "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?", hosted by Regis Philbin.  The first questions are usually very easy, and then they get harder.  You have three "life lines":  the audience can vote; you ask the computer to take away two incorrect answers; and you can phone a friend.
For Catholic Christians, this week is our "holy week" when we remember the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and how our belief in Christ changes our lives.  So let's review our knowledge and see who wants to be a millionaire!
