Liturgy News& BANNER POLES A special thank you to parishioner Tom Anthony for his fabrication of additional hardware that enabled us to use the banner poles in a multi-dimensional new way, and for his donation of labor. Thanks Tom!
PARISH REPRESENTATIVES Thanks to the following people, Dick Hunt, Lois Leitzke, Marge Kackman, Deb Ludowese, Susan Ward, Darlene Lee, Ruth Lapinski, Jean Velander, Jerry Elfert, Terri Shea, Harry Reiner and Loretta Witkowski; for their representation of service to this parish community, had their feet washed on Holy Thursday. Like all believers, we have a share in the royal priesthood of Christ. May we also recall whose servant we are by following the example of our Master. We come remembering his admonition that what will be done for you is also to be done by you to others, for "a servant is not greater than the master, nor is one who is sent greater than the one who sent him. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them."
TRIDUUM WORSHIPERS To all who participated in any way in celebration of the Sacred Three Days, thank you! To those who helped weave palms, those who helped behind the scenes, those who helped decorate after Tenebrae on Good Friday, all those who ministered at the various liturgies, those who presided, priests and deacons, all who participated in the pews by their good and strong singing and spoken word, our greeter/ushers, and members of the environment committee! Thanks for a glorious Holy Week.
RENEWAL OF BAPTISMAL PROMISES AND THE SPRINKING OF EASTER WATER During the Easter Season, to highlight the Baptismal nature of Easter, at each weekend Mass, we renew our Baptismal Promises and are sprinkled with Easter Water. Christmas has but 12 days, Easter has 50 days, and so we continue the great celebration of the Lord's Resurrection as we await the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, which brings the Easter season to its close.

The months of May & October are traditionally dedicated to our Blessed Mother. In her honor, we will offer May Devotions on Monday, May 22 at 7:00pm. We will pray the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary as we continue to celebrate the Easter Season. Devotions will end with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, and will be followed by hospitality in the narthex. Please spread the word, and bring family and friends as we honor Mary, the mother of Jesus!
