Home Cookin' Good for More than Bellies
A Harvard Medical School study found that kids who have dinner with their families not only enjoy some quality family time, but also eat healthier.  Why?  Mom's cooking tends to include more fruits and veggies, leaving the kids with nutrients like fiber, calcium, and iron--and fewer saturated fats and fried foods (React, May 8-14).
