7-8TH GRADE FAITH FORMATION (ODYSSEY)

All registrations for the September 20 start date have been processed.  If you would like to sign up for sessions, please send in your registration materials to Sandy at the parish office.  Next start date, Nov. 1 (deadline: Oct. 18).  All parents are welcome to attend the meeting on the 13th even if student is not currently registered.  Questions?  Cal Rick Craig (763) 754-7666.

JR. HIGH LIVE BEGINS SEPTEMBER 20!
Wednesdays, 7:30--9:00 p.m.
All 7-8th graders are invited to open gym, pool, foosball, ping-pong and other recreational activities every Wednesday night!  Snacks and beverages provided.  Friends are welcome!

YOUTH NEWZPAPER MAILED
All families of 7-12th graders will have received the September issue of the Youth Newzpaper.  This mont's issue contained a registration brochure for the October Jr. High Retreat and the Fall Sr. High Service Club.  Please look for it in the house and hold onto the brochures!  Call Rick if you have questions.

MAKARIA CIRLCE OF STRENGTH

Weather it is a child being abused or a person that is a victim of road rage.  Or someone who has been robbed or beaten in a sex crime, violence in any form is wrong.  In today's world there is far too much violence all around us.  You are invited to join the one Hail Mary a Day Crusade against violence.  With many    people we can form a powerhouse of prayer.  The Mother of God can make us feel more secure and give us peace.  This can be our Hail Mary miracle.

YOUTH MUSIC ENSEMBLE
"HOSANNA"
NEW TO ST. JOHN'S THIS FALL!

Open to all 7-12th grade aspiring musicians of the parish!
This group will be primarily a choir--but kids who only /also play instruments of any kind will be invited and encouraged to participate.  Rehearsals will be once a week on Sunday afternoons from 2:30--4:30 p.m. in church, beginning in October 1.  For more information, please call Mary Anne Bennek at 651-639-1136.

CHILDREN'S CHOIR & YOUTH CHOIR
   
   Calling all kids!  The St. John's                    Children's Choir will be            resuming rehearsals on Sept. 13.  This choir, directed by Monica Healy, is for children grades 3-6.
