Circle of Women& The Circle of Women will take a break on Thursday, November 15 and Thursday, November 22. We will resume Thursday, November 29 when we will be joined by our guest speaker Pat Samples. Her talk will be "Care and Comfort for the Caregiver." Pat is a transformational educator, writer, speaker and workshop leader on caregiving and other personal development topics. She is author of six books including, "Daily Comforts for Caregivers," "Self-care for Caregivers: A Twelve Step Approach." and "Comfort and Be Comforted: Reflections for Caregivers. invite women of all ages to join us in the St. John Pastoral Center (upper level) from 9:15--11:30 a.m. Childcare is provided by Kari Gill (please pre-register your child by calling 763-785-6947).

SEEKERS: Adult Theological Book Club We are seeking to form an adult faith. We read a variety of books, and raise a variety of questions. You are always welcome to join us, we ask only that you read the book. The book for November is A History of God by Karen Armstrong, (Ballentine Books, New York). The revised Faith Formation Committee goal is: Christian Faith Formation at St. John's welcomes everyone and provides programs that foster growth in the Catholic faith. We support each individual's spiritual journey and recognize the parent or guardian as primary educator of his or her child(ren). formation programs were discussed, including registration tables several weeks before classes end, a follow-up phone bank, bulletin insert and more extensive marketing. Our next meeting is November 15 at 7:00 p.m.

Odyssey, junior high faith formation, will meet on Wednesday, November 14. All students are reminded to bring their Bibles!

Senior High Service Club II will meet Wednesday, November 14 from 6-9 p.m.
Junior and senior high students are you interested in doing service? Do you feel like "giving back" over the holiday season? The PTO general meeting is at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, in the cafeteria. There will be a $50 drawing. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
Parent-teacher conferences are Wednesday, Nov. 14, 8:00 a.m.--6:00 p.m.; Thursday, Nov. 15, 9:00 a.m.--8:00 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 16, 9:00 a.m.--3:30 p.m. There are NO CLASSES for the children on these days.
Please continue to save Campbell's Soup Labels for Education labels, General Mills Cereals Box Tops for Education, and pop can tabs. Please bring all your items to the school office.
