AFTON ALPS

Open to all 7-12th graders!
Join the youth group for skiing or snowboarding ALL DAY!  (And it's a Monday too!).  You will get a chance to ski in the daylight and in the nightlight.  You will need your own money for lunch and dinner (you may want to bring a bag lunch)  If you need to rent equipment, bring money for that ($13 ski equipment, $20 snowboard equipment).  Afton Alps is located in Hastings which is about a 30-45 minutes drive from St. John's.  Parents should bring participants to the school gym entrance between 9:45--10:00 a.m.  You can pick up at the school gym entrance at 7:00 p.m.  If parents  would like to chaperon, call Rick.  Permission slips and money need to be to Rick to be signed-up.  Season/special pass holders who want to join us should call Rick for transportation cost, (763) 754-7666.  Don't wait!  Sign up now!  Bring your friends!

JR. HIGH OVERNIGHT RETREAT
January 20-21
Theme:  Virtual Reality
DEADLINE:  January 8
Open to all 7-8th graders!
Join us for an overnight retreat!  It will be time to get away from the daily routine to focus on stories, songs, and discussion about what we REALLY put our faith into!  There will be a great mixture of fun, friend-making and spirit!  Turn in registration form and money (if       necessary) to Rick Craig by deadline.  Friends welcome.  Questions, call Rick (763) 754-7666.

SR. HIGH SERVICE CLUB
Thursdays, February 8-March 8
6:00-9:00 p.m.
Cost: $25 (includes all materials, transportation & final event costs)
DEADLINE:  January 22
Open to all 9-12th graders.
