Social Justice&
FOOD SHELF NEWS, THANKS, AND NEEDS
We wish to thank all those who have so faithfully and generously dropped off food and paper products to our collection boxes at the church entrances over the past weeks, months and even years.
We are able to help a great number of people in need through your generosity and thoughtfulness.  In addition to serving approximately 30 clients per month, we provide several hundred pounds of groceries to the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf each year.
We wish we could tell you that all this generosity has ended the need for food shelves and assistance.  However, the need goes on and even increases.  Food shelves experience increased demand during the summer months, and the levels of contributions typically goes down.  If you are able, a bag of groceries and/or paper products once a month will go a long way toward meeting the demands of our clients and area food shelves.  Again, thanks for your generosity!
