VOLUNTEER MASS EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

Through a generous gift of a parishioner, we now have a defibrillator available in the church. We are looking for people who are interested in learning when and how to use this life saving instrument. A doctor from the parish is willing to teach several training sessions. If you are willing to learn life saving procedures, please call Teri at the parish office and leave your name and phone number as soon as possible.

NEW FACILITIES KITCHEN USE

The kitchen in the new Pastoral Centre will be available to many groups from within and outside the parish community - with restrictions! In order for anyone to have access to our kitchen facility, they must have a person licensed by the State of Minnesota and have a working knowledge of our facility. Gail Balego has volunteered to teach a class to qualify parishioners for this position. There is a charge required by the State of Minnesota and a text book fee, however, this can be offset by being available for hire for specific events after receiving your license.
All existing groups within the parish who plan on serving food prepared in our kitchen should consider having a person from your groups receive this training - or you will have to hire one of our qualified persons to be present when you have a need to use the space, no exceptions, and no exemptions.
Please call Teri at the parish office, 8:00 - 12:00 noon,  with your name and phone number. Classes will be sometime in July and/or August.
