RESPECT LIFE COMMITTEE MEETING The St. John's Respect Life Committee will meet Wed. June 6, at 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Center. We will discuss the results of the Mother's Day corsage sale and allocate funds to the groups which provide help to the mothers and their babies.
NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING CLASSES The "good news" about modern NFP is that it is based on comprehensive scientific research and it works. Modern NFP is healthy, highly effective, and marriage-building. Separate series of classes on the ovulation method, taught by a certified instructor, will be held at the Church of St. Charles Borromeo, 2420 St. Anthony Blvd., St. Anthony, beginning Thursday, June 14 and Monday, June 18. USED BOOK SALE Looking for some cheap summer reading? The Sisters of St. Joseph Ministries Foundation invites you to its Third Annual Used Book Sale. The sale will take place on Saturday, June 16 from 9:00 a.m.--4:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 17 from 11:00 a.m.--4:00 p.m. at Carondelet Center, 1890 Randolph Avenue, St. Paul.
