Pastoral Ministry&
I experienced a baseball coach calling another baseball coach a "moron" in front of young boys recently--I wondered how our world would be and what a wonderful life experience our children would have if we spent most of our efforts in life in praise of and in affirmation of one another--just imagine&

Thanks to the parishioners who continue to answer the call to be nursing home ministers and Eucharistic Ministers at Unity hospital& our newest ministers are: Pat Wagner, Gene & Kathleen Delaune, Don & Natalie Schommer & Cindy Swanson.  Thank you!

We are in need of nursing home ministers the 2nd and 3rd week of each month at St. Anthony Care Center--the service and room visits are held at 7:00 p.m.  We are in need of people available to help "as needed" at Presbyterian Homes of Roseville.  These services are every Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

A woman at Trevilla has requested someone to bring her to some of the special events at St. John's--she is in a wheelchair and would like to be able to participate more.

The call to live the gospel doesn't take a summer hiatus!!! Call Anne Marie if you are interested or have questions about any of these needed ministries.

Thanks to all who visit the homebound, hospital ministers, nursing home ministry & befrienders throughout the year--blessings abundant!
