SEEKERS: ADULT THEOLOGICAL BOOK CLUB
Our next meeting will be Thursday, September 27. The book to read is The Birth of Christianity by John Dominic Crossan, HarperSanFrancisco. You are always welcome to join us to discuss a book that captures your interest, or as a regular member. Explore your faith, expand your vision. Circle of Women&
Circle of Women invites all women of the parish to the first session of our new season. Thursday, September 20, at 9:15 a.m. in the parish center lower level. Our guest speaker will be Mary Pinney-Erickson who will speak on "Responding to the Poetry of Sacred Experience". A series of classes on the highly effective Creighton Model Ovulation Method, taught by a qualified instructor, will begin on Monday, October 15, at the Church of St. Charles Borromeo. We have invited a representative of each organization receiving funding from our 2001 Tootsie Roll Fund Raiser to our dinner meeting, Thursday, September 27, 2001.

If you are a Mom, Dad or Grandparent and love to work with children, have consistent policies and are punctual, St. John's is looking for a playground supervisor for Grades 1-8. Hours are every school day beginning September 4 for one hour each day. This position pays $10.00 per day. Interested parties should contact the school office at 651-633-1522.
