Circle of Women...

We welcome women of all ages to our regular Thursday Morning meeting on October 10th at 9:15 a.m.  Our speaker will be Kandee Kubat, from the Emily Program in St. Paul. She is a licensed psychotherapist, currently specializing in outpatient treatment for eating disorders. Kandee has broad clinical experience offering therapies for issues related to drug and alcohol abuse, depression and anxiety, adoption and at-risk adolescents. Kandee will present a talk on "Disordered Eating in our Loved Ones." Come join the Circle, and bring a friend& Call Circle of Women Coordinator Ruth Pauly with your questions 651-717-0010. SEEKERS (ADULT THEOLOGICAL BOOK CLUB)
You are always welcome to join us, we ask only that you read the book or at least a good part of it!  We have chosen The Secret Archives of the Vatican by Maria Luisa Ambrosini for October.  It gives a comprehensive  history of the Church.  The book is available at Barnes & Noble for $9.98.  We will meet Thursday, October 24, 7:00- 8:30 pm in St. Vincent de Paul of the Pastoral Center.  Explore you faith, expand your vision.  We are seeking to form an adult faith so we read a wide variety of books and ask a wide variety of questions.

School News&

     There are NO CLASSES for students October 17 & 18 because of teacher workshops.
      Student Government will be collecting pop tabs this school year, so please have your child bring your family's tabs to school and drop them in the canister at the top of the stairs by the flagpole door.  The tabs collected will then be sent to the Ronald McDonald House.  Please help contribute to this fund throughout the year.  Your donations are greatly appreciated!
