BAKE SALE-DECEMBER 7 AND 8
The Christmas Bake sale will be held December 7 and 8. We will be sharing space with the sale of Christmas     Poinsettias.  Please get baking. We need all kinds of baked goods and candy.

Our December Meeting has been co-opted in favor of our trip to Chanhassen.     

Circle of Women&
    We welcome women of all ages to our next regular Thursday Morning meeting on December 5, 2002 from 9:15-11:30 am.  Our speaker will be a volunteer from Families Moving Forward.  Our topic sill explain  St. John's Host Congregation role as we join the interfaith community network in ministry for homeless families.

POINSETTIA FUNDRAISER
     Just a reminder:  All pre-ordered poinsettias will be available for pick up next weekend (December 7-8) after all the Masses.  We will not guarantee the quality of any poinsettia not picked up next weekend.  Please remember to warm your car before transporting your plants home.
     There will be some poinsettia plants available for sale if you did not pre-order.

You are always welcome to join us, we ask only that you read the book- or at least a good part of it!  For the busy month of December, we have chosen a magazine article:  The Next Christianity  by Philip Jenkins.  It is found in the Atlantic Monthly,  October 2002- or contact Dorothy Kunze (651) 633-1205.  She has a few copies.  We will meet        Thursday, December 12, 7-8:30 pm in the Pastoral Center.  Explore your faith, expand your vision.
