BUILDING UPDATE
Thanks to everyone who has helped with moving or furnishing anything for the new Pastoral Center.  For      information or assistance on facilities use, please call Pat Keyes, Community Life Coordinator, (facilities coordinator, event coordinator - it's all the same position) at 633-8333, ext. 1217.

ROOM RESERVATIONS
All parish groups wishing to schedule meetings or events at St. John's are required to submit a room reservation  request to Pat Keyes.  Dates and/or locations of all activities must be recorded on the master calendar, which Pat maintains.  Requests will be confirmed in writing once they are approved.  Until further notice, room set-up requests will continue to go through maintenance.  Room Reservation and Maintenance Set-up forms may be obtained in the Pastoral office on first floor or the         Administrative office on second floor. 

KEYS
With the opening of the new building, we have significantly increased the size of our facilities.  We want to keep the building as welcoming as possible, yet safe and secure.  Rooms that are not used regularly, or that contain valuable equipment, will be locked on a daily   basis.  On-going access will be limited to staff, who will open rooms as needed for their programs.  Other groups may check out keys for one-time use during regular office hours (Pastoral Office on first floor), or make other      provisions when necessary. 

STORAGE NEEDS
Now that we are in the new building, we are consolidating supplies and reassigning storage space throughout the campus.  We need to know if parish groups have supplies or equipment currently stored off site, that they now wish to store at St. John's.  Please call Pat Keyes, soon, and tell her your needs, so we can plan accordingly. 

PARKING
Additional parking during Mass is available in the North Parking lot of the school.  Enter at the school gym doors and follow the hallway to the tunnel to access the church.  There are signs in the school to guide you to the tunnel.  The tunnel is not handicap accessible.  Handicap           accessible parking is available in the east and west     parking lots.

Pastoral Ministry&
NEEDED:  Parishioner looking for a used electric or   manual typewriter.  If you have one to donate call Anne Marie at 651-633-8333 ext. 1237.

HOPING AND COPING
Most couples approach starting a family with nothing but excitement and anticipation.  Unfortunately, not every couple will conceive as easily as they had hoped they would.  St. John's parish has invited Vera Snow, author of "Seeking God in Infertility" to facilitate a four week support group beginning March 4 for couples struggling with infertility.  If you are interested in attending or need more information please contact Anne Marie at 651-633-8333 ext. 1237 or Jeanette at 651-633-3367.
