School News&
Hats off to our Guest Speakers--
We are very fortunate to have Mr. Ray Christensen, the   former Gopher announcer, come to school to read to our kindergarten through fourth grades.  They really enjoy their time with him.

Dr. Andrew Kollar, a chiropractor from New Brighton, comes to school each week also to talk to the K-8th graders about good health, proper nutrition and care of the body.

Each of our Kindergarten students was delighted to receive a special book titled A Book About Me.  The Telephone Pioneers of America, St. Paul Chapter, sponsored this event.  Their purpose is to promote reading among kindergarten students and to assist people with special needs such as the Special Olympics.  Mr. Paul Tarnowski and his wife, Hope, presented these special books to each student.  The books were delightful; each of our kindergarteners' names was used in the story.  The children really enjoyed being a character in their very own book!
