SPAC UPDATE
The School Principal's Advisory Committee (SPAC) met February 20.  Sr. Gwendolin reported students busy with Lenten activities, including a retreat, weekly Stations, nursing home projects, and mission collections.  Students are also participating in science fairs, spelling bees, talent shows, teacher appreciation activities and trips to the state capitol and the Environmental Learning Center.  Eighth graders have completed the Graduation Standards tests and Metropolitan Standardized tests and parent  conferences are coming up in April.
Registration is completed for the 2002-2003 school year, for the kindergarten class.
The school is making use of the new Pastoral Center for many activities:  Mass in the new chapel, art classes in the new art room, band rehearsals in the choir room, and  student retreats in the youth room as well as using some of the meeting rooms.  Our thanks to parishioners for their generosity!
Thank you also to our many school volunteers, in the classrooms, on field trips, on fundraisers, and at all the events that make our school a success!
For any questions or concerns about the day-to-day operations of the school, please contact or call Sr. Gwendolin at 651-633-1522.
