FESTIVAL MASSES FOR THE DORMITION AND ASSUMPTION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY

Come and celebrate the 'falling asleep' and Assumption of Our Lady on August 15th at 8:30 am & 7:00 pm. This feast came to be celebrated as early as the 5th century in the East and in Rome: patroness of France, Paraguay, Jamaica, South Africa and New Caledonia. The Assumption is a foreshadowing of our very own death and new life in Christ.
