CIC  A program for children 5 through 14 who are seeking the Sacraments of Initiation is known as the Christian Initiation of Children (CIC).  If you have a child who will be received into the Church at Easter, you will need to call the Faith Formation office (651) 633-1540 to register for this program.  The classes for this program are held on Tuesday evenings and Sunday Mornings.  We would like to get this class started in November. Once the program starts, we will not accept others into the program because there is a learning spiral of materials that builds each week.  Thank you.

PUMPKIN

A woman asked by a co-worker:  "What is it like to be  a Christian?"
The co-worker replied, "It is like being a pumpkin, God picks you from the patch, brings you in and washes all the dirt off of you.  The He  cuts off the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff.  He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, greed and then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see.
