	Perpetual Adoration


	Thank you to the many faithful Eucharistic adorers! Many blessings come to the parish as a result of your prayers. Adorers needed for these hours: Tuesday, 8 PM - 9 PM; Wednesday, 1 PM - 2 PM; Friday, 6 PM - 7PM. Substitutes are available for times when you can not attend. Other times are also available. Please call Dorothy at (651) 636-1660 or Jerry at (651) 636-2054 to sign up.


	MOM


	Did your mother ever ask you to do something and you forgot? When she asked you again and you told her that you forgot, did she say, "Well, do it right now so you don't forget again!" My mom did, if you forgot to bring socks and blankets for the homeless, do it now, so you do don't forget again. Last year we collected over 3,200 pairs of socks and 299 blankets. Great job, St. John's! Can we do it again? Last year, some of our people asked their Thanksgiving guests to bring a six-pack of socks to dinner. One young man asked, "Mom, you're really not going to make us bring socks, are you?" The answer was "Only if you want turkey at my house!" Have fun with it; make God smile and Mom, too. Thank You! Also, your Thanksgiving Day Mass donation is for the charitable needs of people in our community. Please make checks payable to: St. Vincent de Paul Society.
