FIRST RECONCILIATION PARENTS: The second group meeting for Reconciliation was held on Sat., Nov. 8. If you were unable to attend this meeting, please call my office to set up a time for your child to practice for this important Sacrament. CIRCLE OF WOMEN There will be no meeting this week; we will meet again on Thursday, November 20.
SEEKERS: Adult Theological Book Club Our next meeting is December 11, 8:30 p.m., in the St. John Pastoral Center, Room 210. We will view a PBS Legacy Video on INDIA with a discussion following. For our post-December meeting, the book to read is: Jesus in the New Universe Story by Cletus Wessels, Orbis Books (Maryknoll, NY, 2003).

FAMILY ADVENT NIGHT is Friday, November 21, at 6:00 p.m. in St. Joseph's Hall; sponsored by the Faith Formation Department. We will be serving pizza, veggies with dip, beverages, and dessert. Performing Arts Ministry will present the play "Waiting with Heart."
We will have an Advent Scavenger Hunt, and each family will receive a book of Family Advent Prayers. The cost is $5.00 per person or $15.00 per family. Payment will be collected at the door the night of the event.
Please RSVP by calling 651-633-2211, ext. 1284, by Monday, November 17, with the number of adults & children attending in your family. We need the RSVP to make sure we have enough food for everyone to enjoy. Everyone is welcome; we hope to see you there!!!

through downtown Minneapolis to benefit Second Harvest Heartland
Food Bank. Starts at 8:30 AM at Hennepin Ave. & 6th St.,
near the Target Center. Registration fees vary from $15 - $23.
Runners receive a T-shirt, refreshments, and use of the NW Racquet
