OPEN DOORS - A social group for divorced, widowed, and single men and women -- meets the second Tuesday of each month from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the St. Vincent De Paul Room for socializing and snacks.  Come to the meetings or just the events.  You're always welcome!!

April 24- Restaurant of the Month  At "Gastof's" (German Cuisine)  at 2300 NE University Avenue in NE Minneapolis.  Car pool from St. John's at 6:15 pm reservation at 6:45.  RSVP to Marilyn at (763) 784-4696 by 4/21.
April 26 - Its A Singles Dance!! . Mark your calendar now! 
It's a singles dance sponsored by Open Doors to be held at the New Brighton Eagles Club, 563 Old Highway 8 in New Brighton.  DJ will play from 8:00 pm to midnight.  Cost is $5.00 at the door.  Bring your friends!!

SILVERTONE MEETING   Wednesday, April 16th meet for lunch at the New Brighton Family Service Center at Noon. (Please make your own reservations. Notify Joyce that your are with St. John's.)  Meeting will be held after lunch, approximately 1:00 pm, in the lower level of the pastoral center. 

HOLY THURSDAY CHURCH TOUR, APRIL 17TH 
Depart from St. John's 8:30 am, return approximately 3:00 pm.  Reservations are filled.

THE 29TH ANNUAL SENIOR CITIZEN
RECOGNITION MASS AND CELEBRATION: 
Sponsored by Catholic Charities-Division of Aging Services, will  be held on Wednesday, May 7th, 2003 at the Church of St. Michael, 16400 Duluth Ave. SE, Prior Lake.   
Check in begins at 10:00 am with Mass being celebrated by Archbishop Harry J. Flynn at 10:45 am followed by lunch and entertainment. 
Registration is required and must be received by April 30, 2003.  Cost for the event is $15 with  participants providing their own transportation.  To register send name , address and phone number to Catholic Charities, 215 Old 6th Street, St. Paul, MN  55102-1077.
