THE 29TH ANNUAL SENIOR CITIZEN
RECOGNITION MASS AND CELEBRATION: 
Sponsored by Catholic Charities-Division of Aging Services, will  be held on Wednesday, May 7th, 2003 at the Church of St. Michael, 16400 Duluth Ave. SE, Prior Lake.   
Check in begins at 10:00 am with Mass being celebrated by Archbishop Harry J. Flynn at 10:45 am followed by lunch and entertainment.  Registration is required and must be received by April 30, 2003.  Cost for the event is $15 with  participants providing their own transportation.  To register send name, address and phone number to Catholic Charities, 215 Old 6th Street, St. Paul, MN  55102-1077. OPEN DOORS - A social group for divorced, widowed, and single men and women -- meets the second Tuesday of each month from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the St. Vincent De Paul Room for socializing and snacks.  Come to the meetings or just the events.  You're always welcome!!

April 26 - Its A Singles Dance!!  Mark your calendars now! It's a singles dance sponsored by Open Doors to be held at the New Brighton Eagles Club, 563 Old Hwy. 8 in New Brighton.  DJ will play from 8:00 p.m. to midnight.  Cost is $5.00 at the door. Spread the word and bring your friends!!
May 3 - Swing Dance at Tapestry Folkdance Center, 3748 Minnehaha Avenue S., Mpls. 35W South to Hiawatha exit.  Left on 38th St.  Left on Minnehaha. Tapestry is 3 buildings north of 38th Street.  Time:  7:30-8:30 pm (lesson), 8:30-12:30 dance.  Cost is:  $8. Bring a pair of clean, dry, non-marking shoes to dance in.  More info. at www.tapestryfolkdance.org.  For those interested in carpooling, meet at St. John's parking lot at 6:45 p.m.  RSVP to Carol at 651-483-9074 by 5/2.
