ST. JOHN'S HAIL MARY CRUSADE
Violence manifests itself in many parts of our lives and the world.  It can be in the home or in the street or in our state or nation.  It can be in the form of road rage, domestic abuse or acts of terrorism.  We cannot read a newspaper or listen to the news on radio or television and not be aware of the violence in our world.  We ask you to join members of our community and other church communities in saying one Hail Mary a day for those who are suffering from any form of violence.
We thank those who are doing it and we thank the   various organizations that make the Hail Mary against   violence a part of their prayers before or after meetings.  We believe that prayer changes things and in these turbulent times it is reassuring knowing that we are praying together.  Together we  ask, seek, knock at the doors of heaven to help us in these troubled times. What better way than to ask our Blessed Mother to intercede for us at the throne of her Divine Son.  May God bless each and everyone of you in a special way for responding.

Abusive Behavior

Men who hit women have their attitudes and behaviors shaped when they are boys.
So do men who don't.

Please teach boys that violence against women is wrong.

Now,
While you have the power
to prevent it.
