ST. JOHN'S SETS NEW RECORD AT RALPH REEDER
FOOD SHELF
On behalf of the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf and the people we serve, I would like to  thank the parishioners of St. John's for your participation in a very successful food drive.  A new record was set.  St. John's collected a total of 14,139 pounds of food  and $60.00 for our food shelf during the Minnesota March FoodShare campaign-WOW!
Many thanks to the St. Vincent de Paul Society for coordinating this effort and to all of the many wonderful volunteers who helped bring the food over from the church...  I thought the amount was significantly more than years past.  Boy, was I  right, it was more than double that amount.  These donations will help feed the 200+ families that visit us each and every month...
Thank you again for your support in the fight against hunger.  It is my pleasure to belong to such a wonderful and  giving church.
