JOHN'S GRADUATING CLASS OF 2003:             The pictures from Bruce Lee photography of the 8th grade graduation group and individual pictures are now in.  The pictures will be placed on the large harvest table in St. Paul Plaza right outside St. Joe's Hall.  Please pick them up as soon as possible.  Thank You!

Faith Formation News

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE CATHOLIC FAITH?  HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH? 
There is a program at St. John's called the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) that will answer these questions.  If you are interested, please call the parish office for further information  the faith Formation Director will contact you in August.  RCIA is held each Monday evening from September  through May. 


ALL FAITH FORMATION PARENTS AND STUDENTS
Registration for all Faith Formation Programs (Sunday School, Elementary, Odyssey, Confirmation).  Please return immediately.   If you did not receive a registration form, please call Faith Formation and leave a message (651) 633-1540. Ext. 1211. 

TNT CAMPERS:  Camp TNT meets again Tuesday, July 22. All campers should plan to be at St. John's by 9:00 am. Please dress appropriately for your work project. Wear closed toe shoes. (Do not wear sandals.)   Be sure to bring a bag lunch. Pop and a "treat" will be provided.
     Please check the schedules to be sure that you will be able to attend your scheduled sessions.  Service site coordinators need the information to schedule service sites appropriately. ALL 7TH-12TH GRADERS are invited to join us Tuesday, August 5th for a trip to Valleyfair. The cost of the trip, which includes transportation and admission to the park, is $27. Registered participants will meet at St. John's at 9:30 am and return at 8:00 pm.  To register, submit a   permission slip and money to Rick Craig, in the parish  office, by the registration deadline, July 29.  TNT campers are already registered for this trip. Call Rick Craig with questions 763-754-7666.

CARIBBEAN MISSION TRIP 2004  Workers are needed to build houses and work with the children in schools in Dominica and Union island which is part of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  The trip will take place January 30th to February 14, 2004.  For information contact Tom Quayle at 651-633-0459 or on website: http://unionisland.com or www.goodnewswi.com.
