We will be collecting toys and gift certificates for the Churches of Blessed Kateri and Holy Rosary and our local food shelf through Salvation Army's Operation Joy.
Angels will be on the trees in The Plaza beginning Saturday, November 27. Gifts can be returned to The Plaza the weekends of December 4/5 and December 11/12, or brought to the Parish Office during the week. Gift certificates go to the Parish Office.

December 2 - Families Moving Forward - For one week, St. John's will house families who are currently homeless. Open Doors has volunteered to cook dinner for our guests on Thursday evening, Dec. 2, but volunteers are needed to play with the children and provide hospitality, 6:30 - 8:30 PM. … for making the Turkey Dinner a huge success! All the people who worked at all the jobs were wonderful: from those who started on Friday; worked on Saturday; served on Sunday; to the floor scrubbers at the end. The crowd that stood in line was patient and friendly; we served about 1,200 people. This year, our profit was exactly $5,883.99, and the dinner could not have been successful without each and every one of you. Thank you!
