Stillwater Homes Disappear: 15,000 People Left Homeless
What if that headline appeared in our local papers tomorrow morning? We'd be shocked! There are 15,000 people homeless in the Twin Cities right now. That's about the size of Stillwater. Simpson, St. Stephen's, and the Women's Shelters do what they can to alleviate some of the suffering. We at St. John's will be collecting men's and women's socks and underwear (t-shirts, boxer shorts, thermal underwear, and women's bras and underwear.) Please be generous; include the entire family in this project. Containers are at all the church doors, and call Carole if you have any questions, (651) 639-9103. God Bless!
