FAMILIES MOVING FORWARD: Every time we host our guests, we have new insights as we welcome new families with their own stories. I am reminded of my own desire to stay open-minded and open-hearted to whoever comes to us. This can be challenging. I find myself ever more indebted to, and confident in, our Loving God who takes us all in, with our warts and foibles intact. May you and I always strive to be more like the God who created each of us, and live in ways that represent Him well. Thank you to everyone who made time this week to come and provide hospitality to our families. We are blessed to be able to host this ministry;  they will come again in November.

A SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR MAINTENANCE CREW!  Our guys make many events possible by moving furniture, setting up rooms, and rearranging hours to make sure doors are open and locked at particular times. They are unsung heroes, and they make our jobs easy. Thanks to Steve, David, Kevin, Rod, and Patavi! You are very appreciated!

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK:
