RUN, JAGUARS, RUN!
THE MARATHON for Nonpublic School Education is an enormously important resource for our community at St. John's. The money raised each year goes for a variety of projects that might otherwise be deferred. Funds from previous marathons were used to make highly visible improvements such as our constantly illuminated flagpole and new windows which show our pride in our school, our state, our nation, and the world. Whether we are young or older, whether our children attend St. John's or another school, the marathon is our opportunity to make a statement, no matter how large or how small, on the importance of our school as part of our parish tradition and our greater community.
The marathon is Saturday, October 2, and our school children and parents will be working hard to raise pledges. Every $5 or $10 is greatly appreciated! If you can help us in any way, please call Mrs. Sue Clausen, Principal, at our school office at (651) 633-1522. If you know of an organization, business or otherwise, that might support our efforts, please let Mrs. Clausen know this as well. If you can help, THANK YOU! If you can't help financially, keep us in your PRAYERS! With your support, it will be a success.
