	FATHER TOM'S FAMILY BIBLE STUDY! Father Tom Kunnel, in conjunction with St. John's Emmaus Young Adults Group, is hosting a Tuesday Mass & Bible Study Series starting November 1. Mass will be at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel, and the bible study will be in Room 207; each evening will conclude by 9:00 p.m. This is a 13-week series centered on The Letter to the Hebrews with one chapter covered each week. This series is open to all, there will be no assignments or exams, and it is absolutely FREE! In addition, milk and cookies will be provided. Quite literally, this is The Milk & Cookies and The Good Book Series that many have been seeking (651-633-8333, ext. 1287)! NEXT SUNDAY EVENING provides us with an opportunity to focus on our youth. Join us in adult catechesis on November 6 at either 4:30 p.m. or 7:15 p.m. for 90 minutes of information on "Helping Your Teen Get More Out of Mass." The groups will meet at St. John's in Room 211. PREPARE THE WAY OF THE LORD: An Orthodox-Catholic Conversation is on Sunday, November 6, at 7:00 p.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Golden Valley, (763) 544-0416. This is a panel discussion between Orthodox and Roman Catholic communities; free to all. PLAN AHEAD for Mass on Thursday, November 10, at 6:00 p.m., celebrated by Father Vincent in the Chapel of Angels. Father Vincent will then lead a discussion from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. in St. Joseph Hall on the Eucharist & Transformation/Conversion (refreshments included!).

ATTENTION, ALL FIRST RECONCILIATION PARENTS: We met as a big group on Saturday, October 29, to review for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. If you were unable to attend this meeting, please call my office at (651) 633-1540, ext. 1234, to make arrangements for your child to review and practice for this sacrament. Parents should be covering Chapter 6 of the Reconciliation Book with their children this week.
