THE U.S. SUPREME COURT started to hear oral arguments on Wednesday, November 8, on the constitutionality of the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act signed by President Bush in 2003. Congress previously adopted the ban in 1996 and 1998, but President Clinton vetoed it twice. Please pray that our Supreme Court Justices will rule in favor of the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban so it can go into effect. A final decision is expected by June 2007.
