RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults): Do you want to know more about the Catholic Faith? Have you thought about learning more about the Catholic Church? The RCIA program at St. John's will answer  questions of faith for those who were: never baptized; those baptized in another Christian tradition, but now seeking reception into the full communion of the Catholic Church; and those who just want to know more about their Catholic Faith. RCIA is held on Monday evenings from 7:00 p.m. - to 8:30 p.m., September through May.

CIC (Christian Initiation of Children): This is a program for children, 5 to 14, who have not been initiated in the Church. Children seeking the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Reconciliation & Eucharist), and who will be received into the Church at Easter, need to be registered for Faith Formation as soon as possible. TWO TO FOUR VOLUNTEERS are needed to help facilitate a new Monday Night Apologetics course starting on October 22 at St. John's. The sessions will include two DVD series, one by Dr. Ray Guarendi and one by Patrick Madrid. The themes are: Why be Catholic and What Catholics Believe. MY NAME IS ELLEN BINA, and I'll be serving on NET (National Evangelization Teams) Ministries this year. Through NET every year, 100 Catholic young adults (between the ages of 18 - 30) are sent to share their faith with others in a variety of youth ministry activities.
