Celebrate the Word
Description: This program is free to all children in 1st through 4th grade. Children are dismissed from Sunday Mass after the opening prayer to hear the Word of the Lord and a homily at an age appropriate level.
Commitment: Catechists must attend the 10:30 am Mass on Sunday. Must be willing to stand up during Mass and escort the children out of the church. Lesson Plans are given to the catechist and the catechist must be able to teach off of the lesson plan.

Elementary Faith Formation
Description: Children in grades 1-6 meet and attend Elementary Faith Formation every Wednesday night for an hour. This program starts in September and ends in April. Catechists are assigned to a room of children and teach the teachings of the Catholic church in a way that the children can understand it. There are lesson plans provided for the catechist to teach the faith well.Commitment: Catechists are committed to attending class and teaching the Catholic Faith each Wednesday night, from September to April, for an hour. Nursery
Description: Guardian Angels Nursery is open to children ages 1 - 3 during the 10:30 a.m. Sunday Masses. The nursery is staffed by a paid nursery supervisor with volunteers assisting during each Mass. Volunteer sign ups are available with the nursery supervisor on Sunday mornings. Sunday School
Description: Children, ages three to kindergarten, meet at during the 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday masses. Teachers are needed to lead the classroom time based upon the lesson plan for the week. We also need a Music coordinator to lead the large group singing and help to plan the Christmas program. Commitment: Sunday School meets from September through April.
